A cutting-edge method for requesting repairs exclusive to our Preventative Maintenance Clients

When a piece of equipment goes down in your fitness center, getting it fixed can be a frustrating task, for you and your residents/members. We’ve made it easier than ever to get your equipment back up and running! With our new Quick Response Service System, customers can now scan the QR Service Sticker on a broken machine and submit a repair request right from their phone. Now ANYONE can send us a detailed service request while standing right in front of the machine. It’s fast and it’s free!

How It Works

Each piece of Cardio Equipment will receive a sticker with a custom QR Code. When scanned, this QR Code will lead you to an online form where you can submit all of the information necessary to get the machine fixed. You can even take a photo of the problem so we can see exactly what is going on before we even step foot in the door!

What’s Next?

Good news! This feature will be rolled out for all of our existing PM clients at no extra charge. Your Service Technician will apply one 2.5″ sticker to each piece of cardio equipment during your next regular maintenance visit. Once installed, the QR Codes are ready to use immediately. Anyone with a mobile phone can access the form and submit a request. All service requests that we receive will be verified with our account contact before scheduling a service visit. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to opt out of this new service feature, please contact us.
