At Prosource Fitness Equipment, we believe strongly in the benefits of an active lifestyle. And when active people gather together, their impact becomes amplified. Often, the product of healthy individuals is a happier, healthier community. However, it must start at home. From child to grandparent, people of every age must get in on the action! Therefore, this month’s Healthy Happenings highlight opportunities for Triangle residents of every age to be active! These events raise awareness on preventing child abuse, bring aid to those suffering from ALS (as well as their families), and encourage seniors to stay active.
We challenge you to find a way to incorporate fitness not just into YOUR life, but your FAMILY’S life. That is the key! These events present a fantastic opportunity to get started.
These are the Healthy Happenings in the Triangle for April 2019.
