Regular service calls are a key component of a Preventative Maintenance plan. No matter the frequency, these periodic visits from your fitness equipment service provider greatly improve the usefulness and longevity of the equipment in your fitness center. Basic Fitness Room Maintenance is key to not just keeping your equipment running well, but to creating an inviting space for the people who will be using it.
Unfortunately, we can’t be there every day to catch issues between service calls. Minor issues may arise that fall under the radar for weeks. If neglected, even the nicest fitness center will develop bad smells, trash, dust bunnies, etc., over time. Additionally, your resident/members won’t always tell you if they see a problem. Or they may pester you relentlessly until the problem is solved! Either way it’s clear that making sure your fitness room stays in the best possible condition is an important task.

We recommend you complete this walkthrough at least 2-3 times per week. If your fitness room has been neglected for a long time, it may take longer he first few times you walk through. However, over time you will find that there is less and less to do. Eventually, a simple 30-second check can get it workout ready!
